English-Speaking Night Shift Customer Service Representative

About the role

A fast-growing call center is expanding its international operations and is looking for English-speaking customer service representatives to join its dedicated night shift team in Rabat. As the main point of contact for international customers, you will deliver a seamless and positive experience during night hours.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries by answering customer questions and resolving issues by phone, email or live chat in a timely and professional way
• Troubleshoot by analyzing customer accounts, identifying problems and offering accurate solutions or escalating complex cases to the right department
• Log all interactions accurately, update customer profiles and maintain records in the CRM system
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience, ensure high CSAT scores and build brand loyalty

Required profile

• Excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Comfortable working night shifts on a nocturnal schedule
• Empathetic, patient and good active listener who stays calm under pressure
• Previous customer service, BPO or call center experience is highly preferred, but motivated beginners with strong English are welcome
