Enterprise Architect – ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) to support a global organization’s enterprise architecture initiatives. This fully remote contract position is open to candidates located anywhere in Morocco and involves maintaining and improving the ServiceNow APM data landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Application Portfolio Management data in ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Perform ongoing maintenance of application inventory, ownership, lifecycle status, technology attributes, integrations, and dependencies.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues such as duplicates, missing information, and outdated records.
• Conduct regular portfolio health checks and produce data quality scorecards and reports.
• Align ServiceNow portfolio data with Enterprise Architecture standards, taxonomies, and capability mappings.
• Track technical debt across the application portfolio, maintain registers, and provide remediation recommendations.
• Produce dashboards, trend analyses, executive reports, and portfolio insights to support rationalization and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with application owners, architects, and stakeholders to improve governance.
• Continuously improve ServiceNow APM processes, templates, and validation rules, leveraging AI‑enabled tools where appropriate.
• Assist in maintaining Enterprise Architecture knowledge repositories and support governance and reporting activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years working alongside Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management and CMDB.
• Solid understanding of Application Portfolio Management, Technical Debt Management, Enterprise Architecture principles, Portfolio Governance and Application Lifecycle Management.
• Proven ability to create dashboards, scorecards and executive‑level reporting.
• Experience collaborating with distributed international stakeholders.
