Especialista Influencer Marketing

About the role

Migosmedia is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to support the operational side of influencer collaborations for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. The role is fully remote and will involve close interaction with talent, internal teams and client brands across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of influencer collaborations, from proposal to delivery.
• Send commercial proposals and briefs to talent and track deliverables.
• Coordinate feedback loops, ensure deadlines are met and maintain internal filing systems.
• Prepare performance reports for brands and keep media‑kits up to date.
• Monitor influencer content, performance metrics and calendar schedules.
• Support artistic direction by researching aesthetic references and suggesting content ideas for feeds, stories and reels.
• Provide occasional assistance in photo‑shoot or campaign preparation.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken communication in Spanish and English.
• First‑hand experience in digital marketing, social media or agency environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube trends.
• Highly organized, autonomous and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for creating visual assets.
