Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant - AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help shape AI training data for Toloka AI’s Mindrift platform. In this remote, project‑based position you will translate real consulting engagements into realistic, structured learning environments that enable large language models to reason like senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed consulting project scenarios that reflect industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimisation, growth strategy) that can be executed by AI agents.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics and golden‑answer solutions for each task to train and calibrate an LLM‑based assessment system.
• Collaborate with data engineers and AI researchers to ensure the scenarios are technically feasible and aligned with platform requirements.

Required profile

• 3 + years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
• No deep technical background required; willingness to learn lightweight tooling.
