Executive Chef

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Chef to join our beautiful resort and create unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative menus, recipes, and presentation concepts that reflect the resort’s culinary vision.
• Lead, inspire, and coordinate all kitchen operations and culinary teams across restaurants, bars, banquets and In‑Villa Dining.
• Ensure quality, freshness, consistency and timely preparation of all food offerings.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety.
• Manage food, labour and kitchen costs while maximising profitability and minimising waste.
• Oversee procurement, inventory control and supplier relationships.
• Recruit, train, mentor and develop culinary talent.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to enhance the overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or professional certification in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines, culinary trends and luxury dining concepts.
• Proven leadership and people‑management skills.
• Excellent financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Comprehensive understanding of food safety, HACCP and hygiene standards.
