Executive Lounge Manager – Marrakech Airport

About the role

As the Lounge Manager for Aspire Executive Lounges at Menara Airport in Marrakech, you will lead the delivery of premium guest experiences across multiple Moroccan stations, including Casablanca. Reporting to the Area General Manager – Morocco, you will ensure that all lounge and Fast Track operations align with Aspire’s global brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of Aspire lounges and Fast Track services in Casablanca and other assigned locations.
• Ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures and maintain consistent premium service delivery.
• Coordinate operational readiness for new lounge openings and project rollouts.
• Manage third‑party providers (catering, cleaning, maintenance) to guarantee quality, efficiency, and contractual compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service delivery and enforce uniform standards.
• Deliver a world‑class, personalized guest experience and resolve concerns promptly.
• Analyze feedback and Net Promoter Score data to implement service enhancements.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, performance reviews, and staff development across multiple stations.
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, grooming standards, and staff engagement.
• Monitor lounge budgets, staffing, supply ordering, and vendor expenses; track and report financial performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or airport lounge management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to operate across multiple locations and manage third‑party vendors.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to premium service.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of the Moroccan market is a plus.
