Executive Office & Quality Manager

About the role

The Executive Office & Quality Manager supports the General Manager in driving operational excellence and maintaining Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service standards across the resort. This position combines strategic project coordination, quality oversight, and guest experience improvement to ensure consistent, high‑impact results.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager, coordinating cross‑departmental projects and monitoring resort objectives.
• Lead the Quality and Service Excellence agenda, analysing guest feedback, overseeing audits, and driving corrective action plans.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, meeting minutes and follow‑up action plans for senior leadership.
• Produce monthly quality dashboards, track KPIs, and present insights to the Executive Committee.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, quality management, operations or executive office roles.
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French; Arabic is an advantage.
