Expert en communication – EU project in Morocco

About the role

NTU International is recruiting a Communication Expert to join a new EU‑funded project that aims to boost the visibility of the European Union in Morocco and foster a deeper understanding of the EU‑Morocco partnership. The role will support strategic communication, public and cultural diplomacy activities within the project.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen the EU’s visibility in Morocco through targeted communication actions.
• Promote a better understanding of the EU‑Morocco partnership among key audiences.
• Implement strategic communication and public diplomacy initiatives.
• Coordinate and produce communication materials that support project objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in communication, information sciences, public relations, marketing or a related field (or 6 years relevant experience if the degree is not held).
• Fluent French; Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English are assets.
• Minimum 3 years of general experience in institutional or project communication, public relations, coordination of communication actions, or production of communication materials.
• At least 1 year of specific experience supporting EU visibility or communication projects.
