Expert suivi-évaluation & mesure de performance communication

About the role

NTU International is seeking a non‑lead expert to support a new EU‑funded project aimed at enhancing the visibility, strategic communication, public diplomacy and cultural outreach of the European Union in Morocco. The specialist will focus on monitoring, evaluation and performance measurement of communication activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for communication interventions.
• Collect, analyse and report on performance data to assess impact and inform strategic decisions.
• Support the development of results‑based management tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate with project partners to ensure data quality and alignment with EU visibility objectives.
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations to improve communication effectiveness.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum BAC+4) in monitoring‑evaluation, statistics, data science, social sciences, development economics, communication or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in monitoring‑evaluation, performance measurement, results‑based management, project/program evaluation or data analysis applied to communication or development.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Darija and English is an advantage.
