Export Coordinator – Logistics & Supply Planning

About the role
The Export Coordinator ensures outbound supplies meet service level agreements, balancing service, inventory and cost. The role works closely with demand planning, manufacturing, logistics and customs to achieve on‑time, in‑full delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate outbound shipments, freight forwarders and customs brokers to meet OTIF targets.
- Maintain export documentation in line with local legislation and record monthly invoices.
- Monitor and report outbound KPIs, drive gate‑keeping meetings and provide performance metrics.
- Plan inventory, manage DRP processes and ensure master data accuracy in SAP.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or supply planning.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
