Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and serve authentic Moroccan dishes that meet the family’s taste and nutritional requirements.
• Develop weekly menus that blend traditional Moroccan cuisine with Qatari influences.
• Source fresh, high‑quality ingredients from local markets and suppliers.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen sanitation.
• Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies and minimise waste.
• Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless meal service.
• Adapt recipes for any dietary restrictions or allergies.
• Prepare special meals for family events and gatherings as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Moroccan chef, preferably in private households or high‑end restaurants.
• Extensive knowledge of Moroccan culinary traditions and familiarity with Qatari cuisine.
• Strong menu‑planning, food‑preparation and presentation skills.
• Excellent understanding of food‑safety principles and hygiene practices.
• Ability to operate and maintain various kitchen equipment.
• Independent, detail‑oriented and able to manage time efficiently.
• Fluency in Arabic and/or French is highly desirable.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
