About the role

The Guestroom Attendant (Femme de Chambre / Valet de Chambre) at Four Seasons Casablanca ensures that each guest room meets the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, safety and comfort. Working in a luxury seaside hotel, you will contribute to memorable guest experiences by maintaining immaculate rooms and responding promptly to guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to Four Seasons standards.
• Refresh linens, replenish amenities, and arrange furniture as required.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering team.
• Respond to guest requests quickly and courteously, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and manage room status updates in the property system.
