职位概况
JW 万豪酒店在非斯招聘一名餐厅助理经理，负责餐厅、酒吧和客房服务的日常运营。该职位协助制定菜单计划、维护卫生标准，并在用餐高峰协助服务员清洁地面，同时监督相关部门，确保宾客与员工满意并控制预算。
主要职责
- 协助管理餐厅团队，处理员工问题，根据观察给予反馈，并监督日常轮班；在餐厅总监或经理缺勤时代理管理餐厅。
- 确保员工配备用品、设备和制服，传达食品品质与服务水准的问题，遵守餐厅政策、标准及当地酒类服务法规。
- 接待宾客，处理投诉，协助员工审查评论卡与满意度结果，并努力达成或超越预算目标。
- 监督培训措施，传达绩效预期，持续辅导员工并提供卓越客户服务。
任职要求
- 高中学历或同等学历，或两年制大学餐饮/酒店管理相关专业学位。
- 4 年餐饮、厨房或相关领域工作经验，或两年制学位者需 2 年经验。
