Finance Director

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Director to lead the financial function of our property in Fes. The role will drive strategic financial planning, budgeting and analysis to support the brand’s objectives and ensure profitable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement property‑wide financial strategies that align with brand goals.
• Create the annual operating budget, forecast sales versus expenses, and monitor actual performance against targets.
• Analyse cost structures, identify profit‑improvement opportunities and support business‑case development for new initiatives.
• Provide analytical support during budget reviews, highlighting cost‑saving and productivity opportunities.
• Implement and maintain robust accounting and operational controls to safeguard assets and improve profitability.
• Lead and develop the finance team, communicating strategic goals and fostering sound financial decision‑making.
• Monitor financial data and market trends to produce accurate forecasts and enable proactive operational adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Integrity, honesty and a results‑oriented mindset.
