Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager with deep knowledge of Moroccan tax regulations and strong financial analysis skills to support our wind turbine inland transport operations. The role will ensure accurate invoicing, timely debt collection, and effective cash‑flow management while acting as the primary financial liaison between the Morocco site and the head office.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on tax structuring and ensure compliance with Moroccan VAT, corporate and transport‑related taxes.
• Monitor tax law changes and adjust company practices accordingly.
• Track project costs, prepare budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis reports.
• Issue invoices, follow up on outstanding payments and analyse cash‑flow trends.
• Serve as the main communication point for financial, tax and cash‑flow matters between Morocco operations and the head office.
• Support financial planning for transport projects, identify cost‑saving opportunities and oversee financial reporting.
• Provide administrative and HR assistance for local recruitment, onboarding and office management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Moroccan taxation and corporate finance.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on cost tracking and cash‑flow optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between local teams and headquarters.
• Ability to handle administrative and basic HR tasks.
