Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial control and accounting for a portfolio of large‑scale development projects across Morocco. Reporting to the General Manager and CFO, you will ensure accurate reporting, cash management, and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial control and accounting for multiple project entities and SPVs.
• Prepare, consolidate and present budgets, forecasts and financial statements for ongoing and pipeline projects.
• Monitor project cash flows, construction costs and sales revenues, flag variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Track cost‑to‑complete, margin analysis and payment certificates in coordination with project management and procurement.
• Support the CFO with banking relationships, project financing, working capital and cash positioning.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan accounting and tax regulations; coordinate statutory filings with auditors and tax advisors.
• Maintain internal controls over project costing, procurement and disbursements.
• Act as the primary finance liaison for the GM on project economics and operational decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, promoting strong governance and consistent processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial control and accounting.
• Proven experience with a developer, consultant or contractor in the construction or real‑estate sector.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Relevant industry degree (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration).
