Finance Manager

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is looking for a Finance Manager to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals. The role covers financial forecasting, analysis and reporting, oversight of financial operations, compliance with regulations in the fin-tech and e-payment sectors, and leading the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial forecasting, analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, particularly in fin-tech and e-payment.
• Identify and manage financial risks and set up risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks and financial partners to secure funding and investment opportunities.
• Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
• Lead and mentor the finance team and establish financial performance metrics.
• Maintain financial systems and tools, ensure data integrity, and present reports to the executive team and board.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance and reporting requirements specific to fin-tech.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial forecasting and risk management.
• Nationality: Moroccan nationality is a first priority but not mandatory.
