Flight Operations Agent L2

About the role

The Flight Operations Agent L2 joins Nuitée’s global travel infrastructure team to handle complex post‑booking flight servicing requests. Acting as the escalation point for Level‑1 support, the agent executes manual booking modifications while ensuring compliance with airline policies, GDS procedures, and internal guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalated flight servicing cases from L1 support, including involuntary schedule changes, name corrections, and re‑accommodations.
• Perform manual booking modifications across multiple airline and GDS platforms.
• Navigate complex multi‑supplier scenarios and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of airline servicing procedures.
• Review booking history, airline rules, and system data to determine the correct resolution path.
• Assess operational and commercial risk, deciding when Nuitée should intervene or redirect the traveler to the airline.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of airline servicing, post‑ticket processes, and GDS workflows.
• Ability to make informed operational decisions and evaluate risk.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport).
