Flight Operations Agent L2

About the role

The Flight Operations Agent L2 joins Nuitée’s L2 team to handle complex booking cases that cannot be solved through standard workflows. You will apply your airline servicing expertise to assess risk, interpret fare rules and decide when the company should intervene directly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalated servicing requests from the L1 team.
• Execute manual booking modifications such as schedule changes, ticket reissues, name corrections and re‑accommodations.
• Work daily across major GDS platforms and airline systems to resolve intricate flight‑servicing scenarios.
• Review fare rules, booking history and airline policies to determine the optimal resolution.
• Decide whether to process requests internally or forward them to the airline while balancing customer outcomes with operational and commercial risk.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Product, Engineering and Operations to improve processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Contribute to the creation of playbooks, documentation and best‑practice guidelines as the team scales.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in flight operations, airline servicing, ticketing or post‑booking support.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major GDS (Sabre, Travelport – Galileo/Worldspan, or Amadeus).
• Proven ability to handle complex servicing cases including schedule changes, reissues, refunds and name corrections.
• Strong judgment to assess operational risk and make informed decisions.
