Francophone Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English professional to join TalentPop App’s global support team. As a Francophone Customer Support Representative you will work remotely, assisting French‑speaking customers and ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance via email, chat and phone in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, account and other customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain a courteous, empathetic tone aligned with TalentPop’s service standards.
• Accurately record all interactions and updates in the CRM and support platforms.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and proficient English.
• At least 1 year of experience in remote customer service, BPO, call centre or e‑commerce support.
• Reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps), personal laptop/desktop (Intel i5 or equivalent, 8 GB RAM) and a quiet workspace.
• Professional headset with clear microphone.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with customer support platforms and digital communication tools.
