Freelance Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Freelance Sales Consultant to join Halifax Ascenseurs in Casablanca. The role focuses on driving elevator solution sales by identifying prospects, presenting tailored offers, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients for elevator projects.
• Conduct sales meetings and present elevator solutions that match client needs and project specifications.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms within company guidelines, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Update CRM records, prepare regular sales reports, and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Participate in team meetings and product training sessions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in sales consulting, prospecting, opportunity qualification, and solution‑based selling.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction with the ability to build trust and manage expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Proven customer service experience handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long‑term client relationships.
• Solid consulting skills to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, elevators, or related industrial sectors.
• Ability to work on‑site in Casablanca, manage a local sales territory, and travel to client locations as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in French; working proficiency in English considered an asset.
