French and English Speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our fast‑growing remote team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage warranty claims, and provide clear information about protection plans for customers across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding warranty coverage, product support and general inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on technician visits, schedule appointments and clarify claim details.
• Log and report new claims accurately, gathering all required information.
• Provide clear explanations of protection plans, warranty services and claim processes.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department and ensure smooth handovers.
• Document all customer interactions in the system following company procedures.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader to support daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer support.
• Fluent French (C1) – both written and spoken.
• Fluent English (C1) – both written and spoken.
• Experience supporting customers in the United States and Canada.
• Basic knowledge of Canadian geography and regional differences.
• Strong organizational, problem‑resolution and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with empathy and attention to detail.

• Remote full‑time position (Mon‑Fri 09:00‑18:00 EST).
• Compensation: $800/month during a 3‑month probation, then $800 + $50 KPI bonus + $25 internet allowance.
