About the role

We are seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice support to our customers worldwide. Working fully remotely, you will handle chat and email inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for each client.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, professional assistance via chat and email in both French and English.
• Address customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality support.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
