French-Bilingual IT Support & Odoo ERP Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a French‑bilingual IT Support & Odoo ERP Assistant to join a dynamic team of 60‑70 internal staff. Working remotely from France, you will provide day‑to‑day helpdesk assistance, maintain and enhance our Odoo ERP environment, and support cloud‑based and AI‑driven tools that improve internal workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line IT support to internal users, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of requests.
• Maintain, customise and optimise Odoo ERP, including building apps, workflows and automations.
• Assist with cloud solutions and AI‑related projects, applying basic prompting techniques to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to implement system improvements.
• Document procedures, incidents and resolutions for knowledge‑base reference.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP, including app development and workflow management.
• Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk environments serving multiple users.
• Comfortable working with AI tools, cloud platforms and prompt engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, proactive and able to work independently.
