French-Bilingual Odoo ERP & IT Support Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a French‑bilingual IT Support & Odoo ERP Assistant to join a dynamic team of 60‑70 internal staff. Working remotely from France, you will provide day‑to‑day help‑desk assistance, maintain and enhance Odoo ERP workflows, and support cloud and AI‑driven tools used across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line IT support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software and access issues.
• Manage and resolve help‑desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Maintain, optimise and extend Odoo ERP, including building custom apps, workflows and automations.
• Assist with cloud‑based solutions and AI‑related projects, applying basic prompting techniques to improve processes.
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of technical tasks.
• Document incidents, resolutions and standard operating procedures for future reference.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives for internal systems.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP, including app development and workflow management.
• Proven experience in IT support or help‑desk environments serving multiple users.
• Comfortable working with AI tools, cloud platforms and basic prompt engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, able to work independently and juggle multiple requests.
