French-English Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join TalentPop App’s global support team. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high-quality assistance to French-speaking customers via email, chat and phone while also handling English inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in French and English through email, live chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, account and other customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using our CRM and support platforms.
• Collaborate with a distributed team to ensure consistent service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and proficient English.
• At least 1 year of experience in remote customer service, BPO, call centre or e‑commerce support.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
• Stable internet connection (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet home workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with customer support platforms.
• Comfort using digital communication tools.
