French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier support in French and English through voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer-first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
