French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions via phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries calmly and efficiently.
• Document all interactions accurately to ensure seamless service continuity.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve our processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact centre.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
