French/English Speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our fast‑growing remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers of Phoenix AMD, handling warranty, product support and general inquiries via phone.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in French and English, providing courteous assistance on warranty coverage and product issues.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on technician visits, schedule appointments and clarify claim details.
• Log and report new claims accurately, ensuring all required information is captured.
• Explain protection plans, warranty services and the claims process clearly.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department and ensure smooth handovers.
• Document all interactions in the company system following established procedures.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader to support daily operations.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2).
• Minimum 2 years experience in a call‑center environment, preferably supporting customers in the United States and Canada.
• Experience with warranty or insurance services is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Canadian geography and regional language differences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating systems.
