Full Stack AI Engineer

About the role

Join AGC's AI Competence Center as a Full Stack AI Engineer, where you will design, develop, and deploy a wide range of AI solutions, including machine‑learning models, agentic AI systems, and automated pipelines. You will work on cutting‑edge projects that advance AI capabilities across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
• Develop and implement machine‑learning models and algorithms.
• Build and deploy agentic AI systems and automated pipelines.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the in‑house integrated AI platform.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering AI, machine‑learning, or data‑driven projects.
• Experience with deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks like MCP, A2A, and LangChain.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Practical experience with DevOps and automation.
• Experience with LLM application development and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
