Full-Stack Software Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Full‑Stack Developers to join our fully remote team and help build Hausverwalter AI, an AI‑first all‑in‑one solution for property‑management companies. You will work with modern tools such as Claude and Cursor to create scalable web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the web application using Next.js, TypeScript (≈85%), React/JavaScript (≈15%), Tailwind and shadcn/ui.
• Operate within an AI‑first development environment leveraging Claude and Cursor.
• Manage version control and collaboration through GitHub.
• Ensure high code quality, thorough testing, and a maintainable architecture.
• Write database functions, migrations and keep the data layer well‑maintained.
• Conduct code reviews and continuously improve existing systems.
• Contribute to technical decisions, stack evolution, and product vision.

Required profile

• Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or equivalent programming/automation experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Technical understanding, problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under performance pressure.
• Quick comprehension, disciplined work habits and motivation for long‑term remote collaboration.
