Fullstack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Fullstack Engineer to join our growing technology team in Casablanca. You will work on both backend and frontend components, helping to evolve our automotive data platforms in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack applications, covering both backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
• Collaborate with product, data/AI, backend and frontend teams to define and implement core services.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to engineering standards, best practices and overall code quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a production‑grade environment.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Proven full‑stack development experience, including backend work with Python (FastAPI, Django) and frontend work with modern frameworks (Angular preferred).
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB and relational databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker and containerised deployment.
• Experience with cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
