Global Recruitment Centre Lead – Morocco

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to build, stabilize, and scale our Global Recruitment Centre (GRC) in Morocco, transforming it into a best‑in‑class multilingual near‑shore hub that supports European clients.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational best practices across all functions to deliver high‑quality, scalable service.
• Manage performance against the GRC Site Scorecard, identify gaps and implement action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and productivity.
• Lead the scale‑up of the site from 40 to 100+ FTE, overseeing hiring, onboarding and ramp‑up.
• Act as escalation point for accounts and business leaders, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Maintain business continuity readiness and operational resilience in a fast‑growth environment.
• Build strong client‑facing relationships with stakeholders in France, Belgium and Switzerland.
• Provide strategic insights on talent, delivery performance and market dynamics.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in recruitment, BPO or similar operations.
• Track record of scaling teams from 40 to 100+ employees.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with European clients.
• Excellent communication skills across cultures; multilingual capability is a plus.
• Ability to act as a strategic representative for Morocco within a global network.
