Intetics Inc. is seeking a Golang Technical Interviewer to join its recruitment team. You will be responsible for evaluating candidates applying for positions that require strong Go programming skills, ensuring they meet the technical standards required for scalable, high‑performance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews focused on Go language proficiency, concurrency management, and API integration.
• Collaborate with recruiters to design challenging, role‑specific interview questions.
• Provide detailed feedback and candidate evaluations to hiring managers, highlighting technical abilities and cultural fit.
• Stay current with the latest developments in Go and related technologies to keep the interview process up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Solid background in software development with proven expertise in Go.
• Experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or teaching is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
