About the role
We are seeking a General Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department of a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Marrakech. The role ensures immaculate cleanliness, safety and overall condition of the property while delivering flawless service to guests and fostering a harmonious work environment for the team.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety across all public and guest areas.
- Supervise, train and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage inventories, stock levels, linen and product purchases, and monitor budgets.
- Coordinate with external service providers and oversee audit processes.
- Monitor guest satisfaction related to housekeeping and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Housekeeper in luxury 5‑star establishments.
- Proven track record in international hotel environments.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Ready to start immediately.
