Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive awareness, leads and sign‑ups. You will own one or several acquisition channels, experiment quickly and use data‑driven insights to scale growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end growth strategies across paid, SEO, outbound, referral or other channels.
• Generate qualified leads and drive user sign‑ups by building and optimizing funnels and landing pages.
• Run rapid experiments on audiences, creatives, offers and funnels, discarding under‑performing tactics and scaling winners.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting and automation to accelerate results.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse performance and communicate clear, data‑backed stories about what works.
