Guest Relations Officer (Shipboard) – Morocco

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to join our shipboard team operating in Morocco. The role involves delivering high‑quality, personalized service to both guests and crew, acting as the brand voice of the ship and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations in the stateroom area.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism and emergency preparedness within stateroom services, including responding to elevator and ADA alarms.
• Handle external guest calls, provide accurate information, and resolve escalated guest concerns with empathy and a positive attitude.
• Collect and analyse operational metrics such as guest counts, call volume and call content to support service improvements.
• Communicate inventory, program access and maintenance needs, taking stewardship of work areas and tools.
• Lead by example, uphold cleanliness and orderliness, and ensure consistent application of the service philosophy across all guest and crew areas.

Required profile

• Shipboard employment type.
• Fluent spoken English; conversational proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French or German is a plus.
• 2‑3 years experience as a Front Desk or Receptionist in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Previous guest‑services experience on a ship is advantageous.
