About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a brand‑new contemporary Italian‑Moroccan restaurant opening in the Rabat area. This role involves setting up operations for the first location of a concept that plans to expand in the future.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all kitchen operations, ensuring high‑volume service with consistent quality.
- Train, develop and lead the kitchen brigade, working closely with the Culinary Director and management team.
- Contribute to concept development and support future restaurant openings.
- Maintain cost control, profitability, and quality standards.
Required profile
- Solid experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in structured, high‑volume restaurant environments.
- Strong background in contemporary Italian cuisine.
- Proven leadership, organisational skills and ability to manage structured teams.
- International experience is a plus; prior work in Morocco, the Middle East or other international markets is advantageous.
