Head of English Market (Merchandising)

About the role

Lead merchandising activities and customer relationship management for the English‑speaking market, coordinating product development, pricing, order execution and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main operational and commercial contact for assigned English‑speaking customers, managing day‑to‑day communication and issue resolution.
• Lead a team of three merchandisers, ensuring accurate order information, monitoring execution from inquiry to shipment and coordinating with PMC, Development, Purchasing and Production.
• Coordinate garment costing with Development, Methods and Purchasing, prepare quotations, monitor MOQ, material costs and pricing implications.
• Oversee product development follow‑up, handling sample requests, technical documentation and timelines, and ensure smooth handover to production.
• Maintain data accuracy for orders, prices, BOM information and merchandising data across systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, Business Management or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in garment merchandising or international account management, preferably in lingerie or swimwear.
• Experience managing UK or other international fashion brands.
• Excellent written and spoken English and good French communication skills.
