Head of Procurement

About the role

As the first Head of Procurement at Holafly, you will build a global procurement function from the ground up, directly influencing profitability and supporting rapid international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a worldwide procurement strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Negotiate high‑stakes telecom contracts to secure optimal pricing, quality, and service‑level agreements across more than 200 destinations.
• Establish company‑wide procurement policies, vendor risk frameworks, and governance structures.
• Optimize global supplier spend to achieve cost savings while maintaining service excellence.
• Scale vendor performance metrics to ensure long‑term reliability and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to align procurement goals with product strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven procurement leadership experience, preferably in a fast‑growing scale‑up or tech environment.
• Hands‑on experience building procurement frameworks and vendor‑management workflows from scratch.
• Strong background in international contract negotiations and financial analysis of complex service agreements.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and passion for designing scalable processes.
