Head of Production Engineering – Manufacturing Facility

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Head of Production Engineering to lead its production engineering organization at the Bouskoura facility. The role is responsible for driving engineering excellence, governance, and continuous improvement across multiple units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Production Engineering organization according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Design and lead initiatives related to production engineering, ensuring standards, governance, and processes are upheld.
• Define and steer budgets for development activities within the area of responsibility.
• Propose and implement measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, focusing on industrial disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior managerial position within manufacturing or production engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in production engineering processes, standards, and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple organizational units.
