Heavy Machinery Service Technician – Casablanca

About the role

BAUER Equipment Maghreb is seeking a skilled Heavy Machinery Service Technician to join its team in Casablanca. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of a wide range of heavy construction equipment through installation, maintenance, and on‑site support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair, installation, commissioning and start‑up of heavy machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose equipment faults and execute timely, efficient repairs.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Conduct inspections, testing and performance evaluations of machines.
• Provide on‑site technical support and basic operator guidance to customers.
• Complete service reports, maintenance records and technical documentation accurately.
• Support emergency breakdown interventions to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or degree (Bac+2/+3) in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance or a related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance or servicing of heavy machinery, construction or industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical and/or electromechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and diagrams.
• Autonomous, problem‑solving and hands‑on work style, even under pressure.
• Fluent in Arabic, English and French.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on customer sites.
• Valid driving licence.
