Housekeeping Attendant (Valet / Femme de Chambre)

About the role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Housekeeping Attendants (Valets / Femmes de Chambre) to join our luxury hotel housekeeping team. In this role you will ensure guest rooms and villas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and presentation, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, corridors and assigned areas to luxury standards.
• Prepare and inspect rooms before guest arrival, ensuring all amenities and supplies are replenished.
• Restock linens, guest amenities and supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items promptly.
• Respect guest privacy and follow security procedures at all times.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Support colleagues and foster a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Positive attitude, team spirit and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of French; additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
