HR Business Partner

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of products, solutions and services for power distribution and connectivity in the automotive industry, is looking for an HR Business Partner in Casablanca. The role acts as the HR advisor to a specific area of responsibility, supporting leaders with employee strategy, workforce planning and talent management.

Key responsibilities

• Support leaders in designing the employee strategy for their area of responsibility
• Organize the information needed for annual salary increases, personnel planning by FTE and personnel costs
• Support strategic workforce planning and submit staffing needs to HR Recruiting, including supporting interviews when necessary
• Coordinate and manage HR-related topics for the assigned leader or area
• Support talent management and succession planning, and advise on salary changes and training selection
• Prepare exit support and coach leaders on leadership, skill management and team development
• Help value future business needs and support the deployment of HR processes and guidelines

Required profile

• Human Resources field of study
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive wiring harness or aerospace industry, or 4 years in HR management
• Fluent French and fluent English, spoken and written
• Change management, goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Strong knowledge of labor law and personnel administration
