HR Business Partner – MEA Headquarters

About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) sits at the regional headquarters covering Morocco, the UAE, Egypt, Algeria, South Africa, Turkey, Italy, France, Poland and Germany, which serves about 600 employees across 12 commercial, industrial and corporate functions. The HRBP partners with business leaders and the Head of HR to deliver people strategies and solutions in a complex, matrixed and multicultural environment, advising on organizational effectiveness, talent, workforce planning, engagement and people decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on people strategies, and advise on organizational, performance, employee relations and workforce matters
• Support the annual talent management cycle, including talent reviews, succession planning and development of future leaders
• Support the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, calibration and individual development plans
• Contribute to salary review and compensation planning across several countries, and support promotions and career progression
• Facilitate internal and international mobility, including transfers and relocations
• Support workforce planning, organizational design and change initiatives
• Analyze engagement survey results and guide managers on employee relations and people risk
• Ensure core HR processes run well, maintain accurate people data and lead or contribute to regional HR projects

Required profile

• Master's degree in HR, Business, Management or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including solid HR Business Partner experience
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders in a complex, multicultural and matrixed organization
• Fluent English and French
