About the role
The HR Coordinator TAC will support Lear’s operations in Tangier by managing day‑to‑day HR support functions and ensuring compliance with internal policies and Moroccan labour regulations. Reporting to senior HR management, the coordinator will act as a strategic link between the workforce and the organization’s HR objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee support services such as transportation, cafeteria, and disciplinary processes at a strategic level.
- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance of all HR processes and propose adjustments when needed.
- Monitor key HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, workplace accidents) and develop dashboards to analyse trends.
- Handle disciplinary cases, ensuring legal and internal procedures are followed and sanctions are validated.
- Coordinate health‑insurance files, liaise with providers, track reimbursements and manage complex cases.
- Participate in the definition and update of HR policies together with senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR coordination or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of Moroccan labour regulations and internal HR policies.
- Analytical mindset with ability to monitor and interpret HR metrics.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple support functions.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with employees, managers and external providers.
