HR Employee Service Coordinator

About the role

The HR Employee Service Coordinator will oversee a range of employee services, ensuring smooth operations of transportation, canteen, cleaning, and facility management to support employee satisfaction and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transportation operations, including shuttle planning, utilization monitoring, supplier coordination, and reporting.
• Oversee canteen services to ensure quality, hygiene, operational efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
• Supervise cleaning and gardening service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual and company standards.
• Manage office facilities, lockers, uniforms, and related administrative assets.
• Coordinate and monitor company parking facilities, meeting rooms, and archives.
• Maintain subcontractor records, monitor service provider performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare periodic reports, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with EH&S, QMS, and 5S standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee services, HR, administration, or facilities management.
• Experience managing transportation, catering, accommodation, uniforms, or similar services is an asset.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
