HR Experience Specialist – France

About the role

Deel is looking for an HR Experience Specialist to support its operations in France. The role focuses on delivering compliant, high‑quality HR services for Employees of Record, handling onboarding, off‑boarding, leave management and related administrative tasks while ensuring alignment with local employment laws.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with French employment legislation and internal operational rules.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes for Employees of Record.
• Process leave requests, HR letters, applications and enrollment documentation.
• Audit, maintain and update internal and external HR knowledge bases.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for HR matters in France, supporting both internal teams and external clients.
• Contribute to HR projects such as mass onboarding and off‑boarding initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations or administration.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law and compliance requirements.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
