HR Generalist – Talent & Training Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to ensure our plant has the right talent and attitude to meet company goals. You will drive both recruitment and training initiatives, supporting the organization’s economic and social policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze training needs in line with company policy.
• Organize, support, and document training activities.
• Verify and update training modules with relevant departments.
• Produce and deliver internal training content.
• Track training KPIs and manage training budgets.
• Define recruitment needs and manage the full recruitment cycle, including internal and external hiring.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Monitor recruitment and promotion KPIs.
• Create and manage internal and external communication content.
• Keep training and recruitment procedures up to date.
• Collaborate with all functions to maintain certifications and meet customer requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR tools, legal and legislative matters.
• Leadership, organizational skills, and team spirit.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
