HR Generalist – Training and Recruitment

About the role

Aptiv is looking for an HR Generalist in Tangier, reporting directly to the HR Manager. The main mission is to make sure the plant has the people it needs in terms of talent and attitude to meet company goals, and to identify and analyse training needs in line with the company's economic and social policy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse training needs and organise and support training activities, preparing the necessary documentation and updating training modules with the relevant departments
• Take part in producing and delivering internal training modules and track training KPIs
• Follow up training budgets
• Define recruitment needs and run the recruitment process until the final candidate is chosen, covering internal and external recruitment
• Onboard new hires and monitor recruitment, promotion and training KPIs
• Create and maintain internal and external communication forms and content, and keep procedures up to date
• Collaborate with all functions to maintain certifications and meet customer requirements

Required profile

• Master's degree in HR Management
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar position or in the automotive field
• Knowledge of legal and legislative requirements
• Leadership sense, organisation, team spirit and availability
• Strong spoken and written English and French
